I can't see my notification center on ios 5 beta? (Read down bellow)?

If I go to Settings>Notifications it says "scroll down with 2 finger from the top of the screen" but I had tried 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 fingers but I can't. IF I ACTIVATE VOICEOVER > TAP THE STATUS BAR CLOCK > AND SWIPE DOWN WITH THREE FINGERS... IT ACTIVATES, But I want to activate it as normal way |-| 3 |_ |? (help)
