Whats wrong with my hands?

For a couple years now my hands have been extremely swollen, the knuckles and below of my fingers are really swollen and my middle finger is extremly thick and you can see 4 oval circles that are thick and unmovable ( kind of like muscles ) with 2 on each side, and my pinky is also severly swollen its fat and theres something in it so its swollen all around and its practically circular now, same goes for my other hand just not as severely. Ive also noticed that my feet have been effected, like the corners of my toes ( the farthest point, pointing outwards ) feel swollen and the skin around them is dry ( the skin on my fingers is too ) and i dont think i have any stiffness of joints but i used to have my fingers get all stiff but when i moved them they would crack ( i think its called trigger thumb ) but that doesnt happen as frequently now. What could be the cause of this? Ive had a bad long period knuckle bitting problem but how would that effect my feat and why are these oval like things appearing on my finger, i only used to bite 1 finger not ALL of them. My doctor said theres nothing wrong with my bones but hes a pediatric doctor, im 16. Has anyone had a similar problem like this? Could it be something serious? PLEASE HELP ME!! thanks!
