Can i make these meat in a crockpot instead?

If you can make them in the mourning as directed and then put them in the crockpot just to keep them warm, I think they would be okay. If not cook on high for 3 hours (at work), check to see if they are done if not maybe another 30 minutes to an hour, then turn to low heat until you are ready to serve.
