Is Eli Manning the worst 2nd half quarter back in the NFL?

Last year they started 6-2 and finished 8-8 with wins over only the Panthers and the Redskins. They lost 7 of there last nine last year. Yesterday didn't show any more skill then he had last year. He definitley showed his older brother Peyton something. How not to play QB. In the paper they told him that his team wore blue uniforms. Lol. I'm a Jet fan who has nothing to cheer about, but is there any hope for Eli in New York?
