How come i cant order a sidekick 3 over the net it say lite it wont let me cuz of something?

i really want to get a sidekick 3 cuz i fell like i have to have the best for somereason and my mom said she would buy me one whn i turn 12 and i did turn 12 but we cant find one anywhere
