How about Russia putting an anti-missile base in Cuba ?

That would not be good for the USA so we should do everything to stop it. Our putting one in Poland is good for us and our allies, so we should try to do it. This is about survival, there is never anything fair about that. Our government should always try to do what is good for us, not fair to the enemy.
