Is there a ROM for TMNT or an ARCADE emulator for it out there somewhere?

I have a Genesis, nintendo, and sega genesis emulator for my laptop, but I was wondering if an emulator exists for actual arcade games... like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. That game was the best.
