Boxers shorts not allowed for P.E./Sports?

It's about damn time. I'm surprised they waited this long. It's also time to cure society's phobia of "tighty whities". Grow up, people. Kids need to be made aware that tighty whities are healthier and safer than other more popular kinds of underwear. That's why it's called Physical EDUCATION.
