Serious question on Inattentional blindness.?

I'm using a slideshow to show Inattentional blindness, but I'm not sure how exactly to do this. I'm keeping something constant in all slides, and changing something obviously. At the same time I'm changing one small detail in each slide and returning it a bit later. How should I arrange things... I'm using bell peppers pictures...
