Can I repair a windshield washer fluid pump?

I thought I had low fluid levels, but I filled it up, and in fact, the no fluid coming out happened JUST AFTER an oil change where they check levels. Could it be a tubing/connector unhooked ("accidentally") or something of that nature? There is definitely fluid topped off, so it seems to be either the pump or the tubing disconnected. I cannot find a fuse that is blown that runs just this function, and all other windshield wiper issues are fine... 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe. I don't mind taking it to a dealer, but seems like a minor problem for such a big endeavor.
