Best Car with 400hp or under?

I was wondering what the best sports car would be in that segment. Some conditions to help limit down the scope would be handling, and practicality. Often times cars are one extreme or the other, like the elise is a handling god but I could never imagine myself owning one because it has almost no storage and very few commodities. I am not into mustangs and the like because they just don't handle as well as other cars.
