Tongue periced 2 days agooo

first of all its not actually dead skinnn comin off like a snake or something..its the skin that was ripped while i was gettin it periced...its bleeding a ltitle and its swollen...i clean it out wiht listerine and salt water..is there anythin else i can doo...ooo and alsooo my tonguee is a little bittt whitish yellowishh towards the backkk..is that okiee??plz help
