The legal age to be "Grown should be 21 in ALL states like they did the drinking age how can this happen?

In the United states you become an Adult legally at 18 but socially 21 since people historically have always considered 21 the age to be an Adult in America.The brain is not mature at 25 the brain developed and changes through life thats just an excuse to say that people under 25 like are immature.A 21-24 you are capable of paying bills working owning your own place drinking and adulthood.I want the 26th amendment to be repealed but that wont happen right away but leave the voting age now 18 and raise the age of majority to 21 in ALL states.In some states its 19 like two and 1 21.Thats like when the drinking age was 18 and some 19 20 21.The federal goverment can easily do this and work on repealing the 26th amendment.Majority of 18-20 year olds live with parents or in College and their parents are paying for it and sill financially depend on their parents.18 year olds are not adults they cant think for themselves.they dont even know why they do to war they just want an excuse to not go to school or work.18 year olds dont pay taxes so why should they vote it should only be for people who are old enough to live on their own and it should be 21.18-20 year olds are children it makes me sick when a older person dates them it should be illegal.How can I contact my congessman and get the govermnt to make ALL states make the majority age 21 or take away highway funds.Then the U.S. will have the highest age of majority and drinking age.Support 21 for america and contact your congress men and get this to the public.I dont have to give my phone number when contacting them do I?
