Could someone give me a lists of good manners and bad manners in this modern world?

taking off your hat to a girl if your a man, or dong curtsy to an elder if your a woman are considererd obsolete anymore. Opening the door for a woman i believe is still around and giving up your chair to an elder is still existing. In this modern world how can I teach my children proper manners by being chivalrous esp that I like to defy the odds and return back the old ways without looking strange to the funky people .Is there a website that enumerates such manners..Thank you
