Which laptop is better THE GATEWAY or the TOSHIBA?

I would say toshiba. While the gateway has more preinstalled software, more usb ports, and slightly better graphics, toshiba is one of the most reliable laptops out there. I have had a horrible experience with an old gateway desktop, so I may be slightly biased, but toshiba is such a better brand. Plus, the toshiba also has the ability to add up to 8 gb of ram, if you feel brave enough to work with laptop guts.
