Has any ones account been suspended and then reinstated when they appealed?

Does this mean they erased it all together? I really did not do anything nor did I violate the terms of service. I wrote them a response will they get back to me? I was samie(: but they sent me a email saying that I used adult content. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and I asked about ual positions that are safe while pregnant. And that was yesterday and today I got a violation email and then a email saying my account has been suspended..I have seen this question multiple times on here..and I read the terms of service you can ask questions about as long as they are not graphic..Is my account gone for good??
