Due date question? Just curious?

I have my first doc appt. this week but me and my hubby are just curious how far along we are like rough estimate. Well my periods always last 5 days mine in August lasted 7 and was very light, sept i cramped all month not bad just little twinges so i took an HPT one on fri. and one on sun. both came back positve within about 5 min pretty dark, i went to the health dept to get it confirmed and her's said neg she said that maybe i was far enough along to get home ones to show up the EPTS but not her's to wait and see how my period went well it only lasted a day and was only spotting. This month i skipped my period almost 24 days late and iv got 3 instant positves as soon as i took it, and iv been having alot of pulling sensations in my lower abdomen, my question is since i got those 1st hpts b4 my sept period wouldnt i have gotten pregnant in august since they showed up b4 my sept one. So would that put me at 2 mnths or 3 we lost a baby in may so were just anxious. Thanks.
